Requirements

• 6-10 years of industry experience in organizational transformation and change management. • Proven track record in consulting services for high performance. • Partnering and coaching senior executives; managing at least two $750K engagements. • Experience with complex organizations or multinational companies. • Ability to navigate large organizations and interact with C-Suite. • Strong project management understanding and client management history. • Impacting organization performance by changing behavior. • Develop and manage strategic relationships. • Team player and independent thinker. • Proven effectiveness in leading groups of 25+. • Lifelong learner and passionate about client success. • Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Travel is required.
