Requirements

• At least 6-10 years of industry experience • Relevant background to organizational transformation and change management • Track record in delivering consulting services focused on organizational high performance • Experience managing at least two engagements that were upwards of $750K • Partnering and coaching senior executives • Facilitating/delivering workshop sessions for groups of up to 25 people or larger • Ability to flex between strategic and tactical leadership for complex projects • Background relevant to organizational development, change management, leadership, and high performance
