📋 Description
• Our client, a resort, is seeking to hire a Marketing Team Lead for a 6-month contract. • This role involves creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to boost the resort’s visibility both locally and internationally. • The primary objectives are to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and grow private and corporate bookings. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract local, national, and international visitors. • Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, paid ads, social media). • Build partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, schools, and event planners. • Manage the brand image across all channels and events. • Track campaign performance and deliver monthly reports. • Supervise and coach the sales team to meet targets. • Coordinate marketing events, farm tours, and corporate retreats.
🎯 Requirements
• BSc. in a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing. • Strong leadership abilities, marketing campaign execution, ability to set up structure, compliance understanding, capacity to work effectively with a diverse team, and ability to meet targets. • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian and global tourism market.
