• Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the client's trusted right-hand, collaborating to drive business success. • Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Efficiently managing calendars and scheduling meetings. • Drafting emails, letters, and reports to streamline operations. • Serving as a liaison between internal and external parties. • Coordinating travel arrangements. • Prioritizing and handling phone calls, emails, and messages. • Additional tasks based on client needs.
• 6 months of related experience and/or a related degree. • Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken). • Strong organizational abilities. • Discretion with confidential information. • Attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Phone etiquette. • Outstanding time management. • Your own PC or laptop, headset, and high-speed internet (minimum 30mb/s). • A quiet, private workspace.
