We match you to roles where you're most likely to succeed and provide feedback on every application to help you learn. • For one of our clients, we are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Cloud) 675, remotely from Connecticut and Illinois. • As a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Cloud technologies, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing innovative solutions within our Research and Development organization. • Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of new product lines, ensuring they are secure, stable, and compliant with industry standards. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive the full product lifecycle—from initial requirements analysis to deployment and ongoing support—while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. • Lead the design and development of cloud-based solutions, ensuring they meet security, stability, and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Oversee the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes. • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting best practices in software development and cloud technologies. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality metrics. • Manage the integration of client-side utilities with REST APIs, ensuring seamless functionality. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software solutions and processes. • Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on cloud technologies. • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C++. • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong understanding of security best practices in software development. • Experience with RESTful API design and integration. • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
