No more guesswork, application black holes, or recruiter ghosting in your job search. • For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Deployment & Implementation Specialist, working remotely from Europe or the United States. • As a Senior Deployment & Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of a media asset management platform. • You will work closely with administrators and end users to guide them through workflow options, best practices, and critical decisions during implementation and beyond. • This role requires a strong understanding of post-production workflows, from content ingestion to final delivery, as well as a passion for training and supporting users. • You will collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and engineers, to refine training programs and improve user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in media asset management, digital media workflows, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of video and audio formats, codecs, and post-production workflows. • Experience with media asset management platforms, such as Iconik or similar systems. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Experience creating training materials and conducting user training sessions. • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
