🎯 Requirements
• 6–12 months of hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a commercial environment. • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or similar. • Strong prompting skills and ability to iterate effectively with LLMs. • Solid coding foundation in Python or JavaScript. • Experience integrating AI features into production systems. • Experience designing and implementing more complex AI workflows using orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex and Hugging Face. • Working knowledge of version control, testing strategies, and AI deployment practices. • Proven collaboration skills with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions. • Experience benchmarking AI models for performance and cost.
