• Responsible for providing day-to-day People support and services to employees and managers. • Handling a variety of People tasks including responding to employee inquiries and managing systems. • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and supporting various People programs and initiatives. • Key role in ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining People processes.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Coordinator or Specialist role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in HR related tools and systems (Workday, Greenhouse) • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Working knowledge of HR programs, procedures, and processes. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong customer service orientation.
