Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of full-lifecycle GTM recruiting experience, with a preference for in-house recruiting experience. β€’ A proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders from interviewers to hiring managers to executives. β€’ A data-driven and problem-solving approach to recruiting and stakeholder management. β€’ A passion for building teams and delivering the best candidate experience. β€’ Persistent curiosity and desire to learn as much as possible.
