β€’ We're seeking a recruiter with at least three years of experience, including two years focused on hiring Account Executives and Account Managers in SaaS or B2B enterprise sales environments. β€’ The ideal candidate has proven success in recruiting for high-value enterprise/global sales roles, excels at sourcing diverse talent in competitive markets, and demonstrates strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and vet top-tier candidates effectively.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of sales recruiting experience β€’ Experience working at agency and in-house experience working for a start-up or well known tech company β€’ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment β€’ Deep understanding of SaaS and B2B enterprise sales β€’ Familiarity with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales enablement, and account-based selling. β€’ Has recruited for roles such as: Account Executives who handle average deal size of 500k+ β€’ Proven success in high-volume recruiting for GTM roles at startups or scaling businesses. β€’ Strong sourcing skills for competitive markets, targeting diverse talent pools. β€’ Effective at building partnerships with hiring managers to identify the right talent profiles.
