Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of GTM recruiting experience β€’ Experience working for a Security SAAS company β€’ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly email security, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) solutions for enterprise clients β€’ Familiarity with B2B SaaS and enterprise sales cycles targeting IT, security, and C-suite buyers β€’ Has recruited for roles such as: Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers for pre- and post-sales support β€’ Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Business Development Representatives (BDR) β€’ Recruiting for cybersecurity solutions such as email protection, threat detection, and response platforms, AI-driven security tools, and zero-trust architecture β€’ Candidates selling to enterprise-level customers, particularly in verticals like finance, healthcare, or technology β€’ Deep knowledge of cybersecurity sales talent markets, including common profiles for quota-carrying and non-quota-carrying roles β€’ Proven ability to find and engage passive candidates in highly competitive industries β€’ Experience building diverse pipelines in niche and talent-scarce fields
