Description
• Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers using GoodTime, a scheduling automation system. • Deliver a remarkable candidate experience. • Direct incoming recruiting-related communications with recruiters, interviewers, and candidates in a timely manner. • Connect with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and process accuracy.
Requirements
• 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience. • Must be fluent in Spanish and English. • Extremely organized and proactive with follow-ups. • Strong communication and professional writing skills. • Proven track record of success in previous roles/internships. • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordination. • Use of either GoodTime or Greenhouse is a bonus.
