Description

• Write and edit blogs, guest posts, and repurpose existing content • Manage email marketing and HubSpot for nurturing our database • Create basic video content for Reels and other platforms • Use data and analytics to improve content performance • Promote key offerings like coaching, training, and strategic planning • Increase engagement on LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Requirements

• Love writing and have a journalistic style, with the ability to adapt your style to our brand/personality • Know HubSpot, and have a knack for using AI tools effectively without losing authenticity • Can navigate WordPress for basic updates • Great at connecting with people, understanding what makes them tick, and making people feel at ease • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Instagram, etc.) • A love of learning - whether it’s digging in to research a content topic, or reading personal and professional development books for fun • Experience with professional video editing tools • Expertise in YouTube optimization • PR experience - securing guest posts, podcast appearances, speaking engagements
