📋 Description

• Help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with media buyers’ needs and actionable briefs • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation • Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication from media buyers to creative resources • Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing delivery of creative assets, approvals, and feedback • Maintain clear project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met • Proactively identify risks to project schedules, develop mitigation strategies • Track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and adjusting timelines or resources as needed • Review final creative outputs, ensuring they meet project brief and platform-specific criteria before delivery • Participate in post-project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices • Review creative briefs to ensure they’re fully actionable before assignment • Manage ongoing project and campaign assignments in our PM software

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within a creative or marketing environment (advertising, design, content creation, etc.) • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, working with designers, video editors, and media buyers • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp; we use Monday.com) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
