📋 Description
• Heavily involved in client finance via QuickBooks • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable • Track client payments and follow up on overdue invoices • Process vendor invoices on time • Draft and prepare contracts for clients and vendors • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team • Manage calendars and provide general administrative support
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experienced in creating and processing invoices • Ability to handle both credit card and bank transfer transactions in QuickBooks • Comfortable with tech, automation tools, and eager to explore new ways to streamline work • Someone with strong written and verbal English communication skills • Brownie points if you are familiar with other tools and platforms that could enhance our tech stack • Someone with experience in admin roles related to contracts, scheduling, or travel coordination
