Sound like your kind of place? We hope so! • We’re looking for a Lead Developer. We need someone who’s got solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and a knack for backend development. If you’re the kind of person who can take ownership of projects, lead a small dev team, and deliver high-quality code, we’d love to meet you. • Your main responsibilities will include: • Manage a team of two other developers • Oversee the backend and create CI/CD integration with our pipeline • Build architecture for new products (Salesforce and non-Salesforce related) • Maintain an AppExchange app • Design and maintain a public REST API • Perform optimization tasks for low-latency results • Manage Chrome extension development • This is a full-time role with flexibility, but you’ll need to work within core hours (9am-6pm CET) to stay aligned with the team.
• To excel in this role, you need experience with: • Node.js • TypeScript • AWS/Cloud platform • Experience publishing apps to the AppExchange • NoSQL databases • Brownie points for: • Python language • Experience with ML models/LLM • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM implementations • Data enrichment/scraping projects • React framework • We’re looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment, has great attention to detail, enjoys tech, and communicates well with both clients and team members. You should be comfortable giving and receiving feedback and willing to take the lead. We are looking for someone that loves tech but at the same time can hold conversations with clients at a business level in order to translate business requirements to roadmap items. • Salary: $6,000 - $6,500 per month* • Full-time, fully remote role • 20 days paid holidays and 5 days sick pay • Occasional travel to meet colleagues and clients *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
