• Manage new user and agency account setups • Ensure compliance and optimise ad performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok • Handle account top-offs and ensure continuous ad spend • Conduct quality assurance on tracking systems • Engage with user comments and drive potential sales • Provide daily performance reports and tracking updates

Requirements

• Proven experience (1-2 years +) in digital marketing or ad operations • Excellent US English writing skills • Familiarity with platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok • Strong technical skills for account setup, troubleshooting, and data accuracy • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment • Experience with media buying reporting systems for campaign tracking • Ability to forecast media buy spend from past trends • Understanding user engagement techniques to drive sales • Experience in performance reporting
