• Lido Labs connects individuals and communities to essential resources. • Seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to join the marketing team. • Critical player in driving performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms. • Manage paid media campaigns to meet ambitious goals and maximise ROI. • Oversee full lifecycle of media buying, from campaign creation to performance analysis. • Plan, launch, and manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns. • Collaborate with Creative Strategist for fresh ad creatives. • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide daily reports to the Leadership Team. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to paid advertising campaigns. • Participate in weekly meetings to implement new strategies and test opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in media buying, with expertise in managing 200+ Facebook accounts over the course of their career. • Experience with a diverse roster of client brands including Ecommerce and DTC Marketing on Meta. • Solid experience working in fast-paced corporate or agency environments, managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously. • Deep understanding of key advertising metrics (CPA, CPM, ROAS, LTV) and a data-driven approach. • Strong critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Highly organised with excellent time management abilities. • Proven ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team environments. • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and new challenges. • A commitment to accountability, embracing successes and challenges.
