• At CurvGroup, we are a multinational company with a passionate, diverse team committed to building innovative and impactful brands. • Our mission is simple: exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding products and exceptional service. • We work across brands like FloatieKings and CreateCustomMolds, specialising in custom plastic products like floats and moulds. • Coordinate production and order fulfilment with third-party vendors in China. • Track orders from production to delivery, addressing any issues promptly. • Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating terms, timelines, and quality standards. • Plan and coordinate shipments from China to the U.S., ensuring timely delivery. • Oversee quality control, conducting product checks before shipping to the U.S. • Maintain accurate records of orders, timelines, and any arising issues. • Analyze operational performance data and generate reports for improvements. • Collaborate with design and sales teams to align production schedules with forecasts. • Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and suggest improvements. • Work effectively with remote teams, primarily across EST time zones. • Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations. • The role is full-time, with working hours from 5AM to 2PM EST.
Requirements
• Experience in logistics and operations, with on-demand manufacturing experience. • Familiarity with working with U.S. companies and negotiating with vendors and factories in China. • Excel proficiency (Brownie points) • Experience with Asana, Pipedrive, or Salesforce (Brownie points) • Power BI or other reporting tools experience (Brownie points) • B2+ English proficiency (Brownie points) • Strong analytical skills and natural problem-solving ability.
