• Manage revenue reporting, ensure accurate bookings in Xero, and maintain revenue sub-ledgers • Create automated processes to analyse monthly recurring revenue (MRR) variances and offer insights to senior leaders • Handle client billing requests quickly and consistently, resolving them within one business day • Oversee Accounts Receivable and help us hit our DSO goals by keeping communication flowing between teams and clients • This is a full-time role with core working hours of noon-8pm CET (6am-2pm EST) but there is some flexibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience • Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal) • Great attention to detail and organisation • Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships • Ability to solve problems and see both the big picture and small details • High level of ownership and follow-through • CPA licence (brownie points) • Experience with SaaS revenue models (brownie points) • Experience with Xero and Maxio (brownie points)
