• Hey there! I’m Courtney, the CEO of Right Left Agency. • We’re a performance marketing agency that specialises in paid ads, helping businesses grow through data-driven strategies and creative solutions. • We’re big on collaboration and accountability. • If you’re someone who loves working in a team that values open communication and problem-solving, you’ll love being part of Right Left Agency! • We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • You’ll be handling multiple Meta ad accounts, refining strategies, and working closely with our team and clients to ensure campaigns are delivering outstanding results. • Manage Meta campaigns across 5-10 accounts on average • Develop and adjust ad strategies to achieve client goals • Join weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls with clients • Communicate account performance and needs with Account Managers • Collaborate with the creative team to request and optimise ad content • Participate in weekly team calls and contribute to campaign discussions • Scale ad spend and continually improve campaign performance • This is a full-time role requiring full crossover with US EST time.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in media buying (specifically for Facebook and Instagram) • Strong knowledge of performance evaluation tools like Google Analytics and Ad Beacon • Experience with B2B lead gen/SaaS/Tech clients • Strong data analysis skills • Excellent copywriting skills and creative brainstorming ability • Agency experience is a plus! • Experience with Google Ads and other platforms is a bonus
