Description

• Review and analyse vendor requirements for large retail customers. • Manage key account orders from PO to delivery and invoicing. • Communicate and collaborate with the sales team, vendors, and customers via phone and email to develop account growth. • Manage inventory availability for key customers, including ordering inventory, analysing availability of stock, and negotiating product between accounts. • Verify intricate details on purchase orders, such as - pricing/discounts/stock availability/ship and cancel dates/terms/routing instructions/labelling requirements. • Learn and understand freight options. Work with the warehouse to ensure orders are shipped on time and correctly. • Verify customer and product discounts and promotions are reflected accurately. • Complete product specification sheets for clients and sales representatives. • Manage purchasing and receiving inventory from China. • Communicate with retail account logistics departments. • Create presentations and prepare samples and quotes for the sales team to propose products and pricing to customers.

Requirements

• Supply Chain Logistics experience • Project Management experience • Strong in Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint • Strong computer skills, including customer portals • Excellent attention to detail • Outstanding organisational skills • Ability to comprehend complex details • Ability to meet deadlines • Initiative and proactive approach • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask • Brownie Points for: • College degree • Strong logistics experience • Experience working with large US retailers, especially Walmart and Target

Benefits

• $2000 - $2500* per month • Full time & fully remote • PTO: 20 days of paid vacation time + 5 sick days off
