Description

• Assist in the management of various banking and payment processing platforms. • Responsible for electronic funds transfer, signature card support, and night depository. • Perform fee review, vendor setup assistance, and system testing. • Assist with other Finance responsibilities as required. • Facilitate user and service maintenance as system administrator.

Requirements

• 5 years of banking, merchant services, funds transfer, and/or general ledger accounting. • Associates degree preferred but not required. • Experience with commercial online banking systems and funds transfer process. • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite systems. • Knowledge of credit card processing systems. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Self-motivated. • Ability to plan/organize workload, maintaining flexibility. • Strong attention to details. • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
