• Develop interactive romance stories that capture the audience's attention and keep them engaged throughout the entire experience. • Write a synopsis of the story based on the given story brief (concept). • Write and revise scripts based on feedback from the team and audience testing. • Work within the established style guidelines to ensure consistency across all interactive stories. • Collaborate with the team to ensure that the story is aligned with the overall project vision and goals. • Stay current on trends and best practices in interactive story writing, and apply them to our projects. • Meet project deadlines. • Managing multiple projects simultaneously would be a plus.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent or Native English. • Proven experience as a writer, with a focus on interactive stories and/or romance. • Fanfiction writers are welcome. • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling characters, settings, and relationship dynamics. • Knowledge of popular romantic tropes and ability to execute them is a must. • Ability to develop inclusive and diverse characters and relationships in interactive story scripts. • Ability to use given story information and expand it to create an immersive game experience. • Ability to write according to a given formatting example and submit stories in Google sheets (preferably) or Excel. • Strong understanding of story structure, pacing, dialogue, story branching. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of game designers. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively. • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
