• Full-cycle motion design experience — from generating initial concepts and creating source materials to animating videos and enhancing them with effects and overlays. • Experience with AI tools for content generation (Leonardo, Runway, Midjourney, Kling AI, Ideogram, Sora etc.). • Knowledge of AI trends, constant market research. • Understanding how performance marketing works. • Knowledge of content creation for various marketing platforms. • Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas for audience engagement. • Attention to details and the ability to work under deadlines. • Ability to work with a large number of hypotheses simultaneously.
