📋 Description
• Support projects focusing on consumer experience. • Assist multiple programs and cross-functional teams utilizing human centered design principles. • Support user research activities including interviewing, data analysis and synthesis. • Translate insights from research to project strategy and product/service offerings. • Develop journey maps, service blueprints and personas based on user research. • Advocate for customer needs through storytelling, including writing, visual, and verbal communication. • Communicate complex concepts and ideas into impactful insights, frameworks and narratives. • Manage multiple projects concurrently. • Accountable for complying with all organization policies and procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program in the field of design (human centered design, interaction, graphic, industrial design, or other related field). • Communication, Computer Literacy, and Group Problem Solving skills are required.
