📋 Description
• Provides application support to the Commercial Sales and Medicare division including the Call Center staff. • Provides reporting and data analysis to support Commercial and Medicare Sales. • Trains sales staff on specific applications and develops database enhancements. • Assists with conceptual and logical database design based on functional areas. • Serves as the initial point of contact for the Commercial and Medicare Sales user community. • Works with IT and application developers to ensure applications meet requirements. • Writes SQL for data requests and provides User and IT liaison service. • Maintains data and audits for accuracy. • Works with internal departments for data retrieval, analysis, and reporting. • Develops and manages Sales training content and reporting content.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (Required). • Minimum of 3 years in Information Technology (Required). • Minimum of 3 years in Healthcare (Preferred). • Skills: Computer Literacy, Critical Thinking, Organizing, Teamwork, Working Independently.
