📋 Description
• Gather information from incoming calls concerning medications. • Address medication-related questions, issues, and refill approvals. • Perform a medication review and clinical review during calls. • Clarify or correct medication orders with physicians. • Review patient medication profiles for drug sensitivities and interactions. • Document encounters within the electronic medical record. • E-scribe approved prescription refills to the appropriate pharmacy.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required. • Doctoral Degree preferred. • Minimum of 4 years related work experience required. • Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days.
