Description

• Lead outreach efforts to students, families, and counselors to promote successful applications, yield, and smooth transitions to Iowa State • Develop, implement, and evaluate daily recruitment operations • Represent Iowa State at high schools, college fairs, and career events across Texas • Deliver impactful presentations—both in-person and virtually • Foster connections through innovative recruitment approaches • Play a pivotal role in guiding students on their journey to Iowa State

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience • Valid U.S. Driver's License • Previous experience in higher education admissions and recruitment • Experience delivering presentations and leading workshops, recruitment events, and outreach initiatives • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high schools, counselors, prospective students, families, and community organizations • Experience using data to shape recruitment strategies, track progress, and analyze outcomes to meet admissions goals • Experience traveling and working within a sales or territory management model
