• Work under direct guidance from existing JHU IT@JH staff. • Provide basic, entry-level support focusing on automation and reporting for the IT Finance team. • Utilize basic knowledge of computer systems, applications, and interfaces. • Gather appropriate data and devise and design simple solutions. • Devise simple benchmarking metrics to assess system, application, or database performance. • Provide attention to detail in data gathering, specifications development, and documentation. • Utilize a basic degree of analytical skill. • Work under direct supervision in support of team initiatives. • Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or graduation equivalent. • Some college. • Some experience. • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with data collection and reporting tools.
