📋 Description
• Join a multinational company with a startup spirit. • Oversee the release agenda and ensure that changes moving to production follow established processes. • Coordinate with development, operations, and business teams to plan, schedule, and execute releases. • Track and update the ticketing tool to reflect DA&AI activities accurately. • Manage risk assessments, rollback plans, and post-release evaluations to improve processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in release management, IT operations, or change management (7+ years) • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar). • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment processes. • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. • Fluent in English • Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
