📋 Description
• Looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial and corporate management. • Ensure effective management of Livestorm while increasing profitability and accelerating growth. • Collaborate with CEO and Executive Committee to drive company growth and performance optimization. • Supervise legal, HR, and finance departments and manage financial health.
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience (7+ years) in a similar finance role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. • Experience in M&A and fundraising, with a solid understanding of interactions with investment funds. • Strong experience in a fully remote work environment. • Proven experience working with product, technical, and sales teams. • Fluent in English and French: Essential for interacting with the team, investors, and partners. • Ability to manage a French entity with a strong international commercial presence, including the U.S. subsidiary, with a good understanding of regulatory and tax challenges.
