📋 Description

• Service Product Manager to develop the Spare Parts & Life Cycle Evaluation services • Optimize asset performance, extend equipment lifecycle, improve operational efficiency • Connect technical expertise with customer centric strategies • Drive initiatives for availability, reliability, and lifecycle optimization • Conduct market research, refine portfolio strategies with customer engagement • Equip sales teams with insights, tools, and value propositions • Define and lead KPIs for adoption, profitability, and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). • 5+ years of experience in product management, customer service, aftermarket services, or lifecycle management in an industrial or technical environment. • Experience with Spare Parts management, asset lifecycle strategies, or reliability engineering is helpful. • Strategic mentality with the ability to connect technical, business, and operational elements. • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in market research, data-driven decision-making, and case development. • Hands-on approach – ability to implement and deliver results, not just define strategies. • Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with sales, engineering, supply chain, and marketing. • Excellent communication and collaborator leadership skills, able to influence and drive alignment. • Familiarity with digital solutions, service automation, and AI-driven forecasting is a plus.
