📋 Description
• Manage performance job advertising budgets for SmartRecruiters large enterprise customers • Work closely with Product and Advertising Operations to tailor campaigns • Manage day-to-day bidding, source, and conversion optimization • Pace and manage customer budgets within fixed parameters • Track campaign results and present progress to customers
🎯 Requirements
• 2 or more years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations • Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues • Experience with programmatic advertising is a plus • Proficiency in excel and/or google sheets • Proficiency in data visualization tools is a plus (e.g. google data studio, tableau) • Strong analytical thinking skills • Excellent communication and writing skills • Strong project management skills • Strong desire to contribute to a team
