📋 Description
• Responsible for timely payroll processing for US and Canada-based employees • Cooperate with external payroll agencies and provide data and updates • Primary contact for employees regarding payroll questions • Administer option plan • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports, supporting audits, and review processes • Work closely with People and Finance teams to improve processes
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years as a payroll coordinator or similar role • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines • Knowledge of US and Canadian labor law • Experience with Google Docs Editors, hiBOB (HRIS), Netsuite, ADP, and Shareworks
