• Languages: You’re fluent in German, Dutch, Norwegian or English. • Experience: You’ve been running paid social and Google Ads campaigns for at least 3 years and know your way around each platform. • Tracking Whiz: You know how to set up, monitor, and optimize tracking with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and you’re not afraid of a bit of troubleshooting. • Analytical & Adaptable: Data drives your decisions, and you’re always ready to adapt based on what the numbers say. • Culturally Tuned In: You understand what resonates with different audiences and are excited to connect with people from all over. • Bonus Points If You: Have experience with platforms like LinkedIn or Pinterest. Bring advanced tracking knowledge, from multi-channel attribution to pixel debugging.
