Description
• Research and conceptualize mobile designs, conduct user tests and surveys and create interactive prototypes and production-ready designs. • Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers on ideation, concepts, and the realization of scalable product features and improvements. • Generate and structure Insights from user interviews, usability tests, and surveys. • Work with custom built design systems and communicating with developers. • Proactively engage in maintaining and creating processes and structures for productive and motivating teamwork within the design team and in collaboration with other departments.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Design or a similar role working with mobile consumer products (B2C). • Experience in working within agile, cross-functional and growth-oriented teams. • Expertise in working with the major mobile platforms. • Experience in working with common design tools (focus on Figma and Adobe Suite) and in applying state-of-the-art design heuristics and norms. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and users. • Very good command of English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
