• The Senior Global Product Manager will drive the growth of the Inert Gas and CO₂ segments within the Fire Suppression, Engineered Systems portfolio. • This role is pivotal in steering the development of a highly customizable and configurable product portfolio to meet diverse market needs. • Key responsibilities include crafting multi-generational product roadmaps and comprehensive lifecycle strategies, encompassing everything from concept inception to new product launches and end-of-life processes. • This individual will also lead customer-facing digital initiatives, execute cost-out/value engineering projects, and collect key market insights to fuel product development. • In addition to these core responsibilities, the role offers the opportunity to support division leadership through special corporate projects, contributing strategic value beyond the product portfolio. • Success in this role requires significant cross-functional collaboration with global sales, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and other departments.

Requirements

• Four (4) year degree in business or engineering field • Minimum of 5 - 7 years business experience, preferably with two to four years in a product management role • Product management and product development in a phased-gate process experience • Comfort and experience in interacting with external customers • Experience managing complex products delivered through a distributed manufacturing model • Experience working in a matrix business structure and working collaboratively with multiple functions on joint programs • Excellent written & verbal English communication skills • Strong financial and general business acumen • Ability to travel 10-20% of time • Previous experience within a fire protection, fire service or infrastructure related industry • MBA a plus • Success in optimizing and scaling a global fulfillment model • Execution of partner programs and aftermarket services in collaboration with global sales organizations • Proven ability to drive results via disciplined execution amidst organizational ambiguity
