• Seeking a motivated Sr. Product Manager for access control software security products • Collaborate with engineering and design teams for product development • Conduct market research to inform product strategy • Develop a product roadmap with key features and timelines • Engage with customers for feedback and product validation • Define and track KPIs for product success • Create and maintain product documentation and training materials • Communicate product updates and challenges to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in access control or security products • Strong understanding of access control technologies and security industry standards • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
