Description

• Lead BI Analyst responsible for building and scaling Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities. • Oversee technical and strategic aspects of BI, from data modeling to reporting. • Support GTM, Finance, and Privacy Operations teams with dashboards and insights. • Collaborate with teams to ensure data integration, quality, and actionable analysis. • Advocate for BI best practices including automation and governance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or similar roles. • Proficiency in Tableau, dbt (with strong SQL), and Snowflake. • Experience with ETL processes and creating/maintaining data models. • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills. • Experience supporting B2B and/or B2C environments, preferably in SaaS. • Solid understanding of GTM and Finance functions and metrics. • This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy. • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation. • Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
