📋 Description

• Remote position with responsibilities in healthcare outreach and marketing. • Represent organization externally, manage community referral network. • Build and maintain referral relationships in healthcare and community resources. • Partner with marketing during new office openings. • Attend local & regional conferences to increase community awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA preferred and 5+ years of (any combination of) healthcare outreach, sales/marketing, healthcare operations or general healthcare related field experience. • Proven track record of successful relationship building and territory/sales growth. • Excellent verbal and written communicator, presenter, and interpersonal skills. • Experience in a fast-paced, high growth, mission driven organization. • Experience working with grassroots marketing in multi-location organization. • Ability to analyze local community KPIs. • Strong ability to communicate across different levels of the organization, across business units, and with external participants. • Experienced customer relationship management (CRM) software user. Salesforce experience is a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google Workspace is a plus. • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and own transportation to travel to multiple offices.
