🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or client services. • Hands-on experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus. • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to detect discrepancies. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for clients. • Problem-solver with a customer-first approach. • Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
