Description

• At Horizons, we’re building the infrastructure to power borderless teams. • Your primary goal will be to ensure the platform meets the needs of its clients and remains competitive in the market. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy. • Create and maintain a product roadmap. • Conduct research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. • Oversee the user experience of the platform. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team. • Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and updates to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the HR technology, payroll, or Employer of Record (EoR) industries. • A proven track record of leading product teams and successfully launching and scaling products. • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. • Familiarity with global employment laws and regulations, as well as data privacy and security standards. • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving. • Leadership and team management. • Communication and presentation skills. • Data-driven decision-making: can use data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive improvements. • Adaptability and resilience: ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company priorities. • Technical knowledge: familiarity with relevant technologies, platforms, and tools commonly used in the HR technology, payroll, or EoR industries.
