Description
• Own the SPV Process: Taking charge of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) process from a FinOps perspective. • Managing tasks such as setting up legal entities, investment closing, processing refunds, dealing with exits, and overseeing other investment events and regulatory reporting. • Meticulously documenting all SPV processes and proposing enhancements and automations to streamline our operations. • Internally implementing SPV process improvements and collaborating with the Product team on automation and productisation. • Directly liaising with customers at every stage of the process, noting feedback and identifying pain points to enhance their experience.
