Description
• The Graphic Design Team Lead contributes to ONC’s mission by overseeing the Graphic Design Team. • Delegate tasks to interns based on their strengths and expertise. • Provide guidance and support to interns, coaching them on their professional development. • Project management, creative direction, and quality control of design projects. • Ensure design concepts align with brand guidelines. • Conduct regular design critiques to encourage improvement and maintain consistency.
Requirements
• Working towards a degree in Visual/Fine Arts or Graphic Design, Visual Communication, and/or related fields. • Responsive, consistent, and effective communicator, even during conflict. • A self-starter who is willing to take initiative and complete tasks. • Ability to work remotely and on their own schedule in order to make deadlines. • Adobe Suite experience. • Canva experience preferred. • Google Workspace experience preferred. • Ability to attend the Organization-Wide meetings every other week. • Ability to lead weekly Graphic Design Team meetings. • Must be authorized to intern in the U.S.
