📋 Description
• Collaborate closely with both Platform and Product Engineering teams to refine our cloud infrastructure. • Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS. • Develop and manage self-service capabilities for engineering teams. • Educate and coach platform and product engineers on cloud infrastructure best practices. • Actively seek to understand our stakeholder’s problems to ensure you are developing effective solutions. • Clearly communicate and document your work to help others learn. • Support your systems in production, resolving incidents and issues that affect our customers and stakeholders. • Increase the effectiveness of your team by suggesting code and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years as a software/cloud/devops engineer. • Expertise in Terraform and IAC best practices • Expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture and foundational AWS services (Networking, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM) • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and related concepts • Proficiency in Ruby or Python • Proven leadership of projects involving multiple teams across functional domains • Excellent communication skills both with engineering colleagues and senior business leaders
