📋 Description
• Build dashboards and frameworks to measure profitability and growth of partnerships as well as track progress towards Key Results • Construct reporting ETL and processes using SQL • Iterate and maintain internal reporting and dashboarding for independent agents and partnerships • Provide weekly and Monthly business updates to Senior leadership on partner performance • Communicate results and performance directly to senior leadership • Work cross functionally to answer ad hoc questions regarding performance and anomalies • Work with Business Development and Product to offer rigorous testing methodologies and strategies • Foster an attitude of ownership mentality
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field • 3+ years of analytics or data science experience in a business environment • 1+ years of experience working in Commercial or Personal Auto Insurance analytics roles preferred • In-depth Understanding of insurance pricing, underwriting, and unit economics • Top-notch storytelling skills and an ability to influence stakeholders • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Relentless focus on business outcomes • Comfort in pushing the status quo and utilizing cutting-edge analytical techniques • Thrives in a fast-paced and “gritty” work environment, prioritizing and executing on the most critical projects • “Roll up your sleeves” mentality • Expert in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries on large and complicated data sets • Excited about working with complex data and solving complex problems • Superior teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
