Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts. • Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services. • Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies. • Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director. • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software. • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies. • Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience. • Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred) is required. • Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers. • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. • Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally. • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results.
