ā€¢ Join our team as a full-time, remote Outbound B2B Sales Specialist. ā€¢ Responsible for cold-calling potential business partners in English. ā€¢ Engage decision-makers, set up introductory meetings, and contribute to our business growth. ā€¢ Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list. ā€¢ Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services. ā€¢ Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director. ā€¢ Maintain accurate records of calls using CRM software. ā€¢ Collaborate with the sales team to refine call scripts. ā€¢ Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments.

Requirements

ā€¢ Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience. ā€¢ Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred) is required. ā€¢ Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers. ā€¢ Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. ā€¢ Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally. ā€¢ Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting. ā€¢ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results.
