Description

• At Statusphere, we're spearheading the micro-influencer marketing revolution. • Be part of the foundational marketing team, slated to expand two- to threefold in the next 12-18 months. • Looking for a Demand Gen Leader to strategize and execute campaigns that drive our growth. • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to recommend and put into place new customer acquisition strategies. • Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns across various channels. • Collaborate with the content marketing team to brainstorm lead generation assets. • Identify key industry events our team should attend to expand Statusphere’s brand awareness. • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness. • Continuously refine our lead scoring model using pipeline data, call outcomes, and feedback from the sales team.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of demand generation experience for SaaS B2B. • Targeting Marketing Departments within consumer brands is a plus. • Proven experience and consistent success in demand generation for B2B SaaS company(s). • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot. • Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc. • Experience with and proven proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing a variety of marketing channels (CRM, paid media, social), and creating campaigns for lead generation and conversion. • Track record of data-oriented decision-making, optimizing campaigns based on performance.
