•Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product within the Martial Arts, Sports, and Fitness industries. •Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on enhancements that improve security, functionality, and user experience. •Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key features and enhancements. •Collaborate closely with Agile development teams to implement product features, oversee technology integrations. •Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders. •Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning and reviews. •Conduct comprehensive market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points. •Develop user stories and detailed acceptance criteria that align with product goals. •Monitor emerging technology trends and compliance regulations.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. •3+ years of experience as a Product Owner. •Certified Product Owner with proven expertise in Agile methodologies and product management best practices. •Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex payment systems and compliance issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate changes in payment technologies and compliance regulations. •Highly collaborative, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet rigorous standards for security and efficiency. •Exceptional problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying and resolving issues proactively to prevent impact on the customer experience and compliance. •A customer-centric approach, dedicated to enhancing user experience and operational excellence.
